  3. Add the sweetcorn and milk: Stir in the sweetcorn and pour in the milk. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the corn is tender. You can leave the soup chunky or use a hand blender to blend it to your desired consistency.
  4. Serve: Season to taste and divide the soup between bowls. Garnish with the reserved spring onions and chopped chives before serving.
